How to remove the printer cartridge

How to solve the offline status of the printer?

Step 2: Double-click the printer icon in the taskbar to open the printer task window and find that the title bar displays "Use printer offline" (some only "offline" words).

Step 4: Because sometimes you accidentally click on this menu command. If not, go to the printer and check if the network connection or USB cable is stable. Try plugging it again. Also, check if your computer's network or USB connection is working.

Because the print spooler failed to print the task and will not be able to print the task, it will stay in the print job list without automatically disappearing, causing the print queue to clog and the printer to display the "offline" status.
